DG Select established in 2011 as Green Work Holland.

Considering the changes within our employment agency, Green Work Holland changed to DG Select at 1 January 2016.

The roots of DG Select are in the agricultural industry. Georgette Bouwman has been responsible for all personnel affairs within the horticultural company of her husband. To be able to respond to changing job offers and market demand, we decided to start our own employment agency. In the beginning, DG Select namely focussed on the agricultural industry. Currently we focus on different industries like technical, transportation, production, packing and logistics.

After more than 14 years, Georgette Bouwman, as owner and director of DG Select, has decided to transfer her shares to co-owner Nils Bakker and Brandon Masseurs Branch Manager with effect from January 1, 2024. Where Brandon will be responsible for the daily management within DG Select.
